Orders will be designed and sent to print within 3-5 business days. Please allow 10-14 days to receive order.

To expedite delivery, proofs for tags and stationery will not be sent. If you require a proof or special request, please add that to the personalization box on product page. Proofs will be sent within 5 business days.

Please email susanne@susannerowell.com with any questions. Printing errors by designer will be corrected at no charge to the customer. Errors by customer are subject to a reprint fee. Please check your text in personalization box carefully! Customizations beyond simple text and color may be subject to a customization fee depending on the scope of the project.
